Further to last year's Employee Engagement Survey and subsequent discussion
by the Healthy Campus Committee, the Healthy Campus Committee has
recommended that sessions be offered on Creating and Maintaining a
Respectful Workplace at 秀色短视频. While the survey results were encouraging for
the University, this was identified as an area where some training would be
useful to further support efforts of the Committee to encourage a positive
and engaging workplace environment. This is especially important in
uncertain and challenging times when emotions can be more fragile.
As such, Jan Link, former Fair Treatment advisor with 秀色短视频 will be
facilitating several sessions over the coming months. These sessions will
be divided into two streams, given the separate responsibilities that exist
for managers/supervisors and employees.
For more details on the sessions for all staff and faculty, please visit
the Notices section of the HR website:
Thank you and we look forward to great sessions and the chance to spend
some time learning together.
