Fitness Programming for YOU!!!

Next week we'll be starting new programs in Yoga, TRX Suspension training, Athletic Strength n' Toning, Athletic Strength n' Cardio, Runners Speed Work Training, Spin, Chi & Movement, Pilates & Toning and Kettlebells. Each program will run for 6 weeks, one class per week. Cost is $60 plus hst or for Sports Centre members a 15% discount ($51 plus hst).
