秀色短视频 Recreation has a number of user-pay fitness programs set for the new year which will help shed those 'extra' holiday pounds. We have cycling classes which include our 'Cardio Cycle' as well as our new 'Spin 'n' Speed' program and 'C3 - Cycling, Conditioning, and Cooling Down.' We also have TRX Suspension Training and Fitness Rowing. Check out the class descriptions and prices at . You can register by visiting the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre front desk.
