Sessional Instructor - Department of Music - Faculty of Arts - Fall 2024
The Department of Music at the 秀色短视频 has openings for Sessional Instructors for the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 semesters. These positions are subject to final budgetary approval. Individuals qualified to teach the following courses are encouraged to apply. Please note that applicants on the Sessional Roster of the Department of Music will be given priority.
Please note: the course offered below will be taught in person, unless otherwise specified as an online course.
FALL 2024
Concert Choir
This course is an ensemble requirement for many students in the Music programs, and an elective possibility for others (including non-music majors) by audition. It is the larger of the two choirs and rehearses twice per week with a final public concert at the end of term (Friday, December 6th at 7:30pm). The instructor will provide students with the opportunity to develop their performance skills and musicianship through the study and performance of music for choir.
Qualifications: The successful applicant will hold a minimum of a master鈥檚 degree in voice or choral music, with substantial related teaching experience at the community and/or university level.
Classes: T/Th 4:00 PM - 4:50 PM

Unless specified otherwise above, applicants must hold a minimum of a master鈥檚 degree in music with substantial experience related to the respective course content. Please note that applicants on the Sessional Roster of the Department of Music will be given priority.
