Certificate in Case Management
Overview: The Certificate in Case Management is a comprehensive introduction to case management for those wanting formal training, which includes both case management theory and evidence-based skills development.
The curriculum of the Certificate in Case Management, developed by experienced professionals – in collaboration with industry experts – explores the case management process and the skills necessary to case manage clients. This Certificate program will equip those working with, or looking to work with, clients with the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to meet the diverse needs of clients with special and complex needs, while maximizing program efficiencies.
Designed for: People who are looking to be involved or are involved with social work or any work that involves managing case and/or people and dealing with people with complex needs.
Type of Delivery: In person or virtual.
Duration: Six (6) modules, with half a module over one day taking place weekly.
