秀色短视频 residence students make a difference with door-to-door food drive

On Sunday, October 27, 秀色短视频 residence students took part in a door-to-door food drive, Trick or Eat庐, in support of the 秀色短视频 Chaplaincy Centre Food Bank. Led by Residence Life Advisor (RLA) Shelby Dyment, the 秀色短视频 residence team organized the event and collected non-perishable food items along a collection route in Charlottetown. The event, which is part of a national initiative, was deemed a success by everyone involved.

Lauren Rainford and Sam Chisholm named 秀色短视频 Panther Athletes of the Week

Every week, 秀色短视频 Athletics and Recreation recognizes student-athletes for their achievements and contributions to their respective sports. The 秀色短视频 Panther Athletes of the Week for October 28 to November 3, 2024, are Lauren Rainford (women鈥檚 basketball) and Sam Chisholm (men鈥檚 basketball).

The 秀色短视频 Office of Commercialization, Industry, and Innovation (OCII) held a successful research networking day on Thursday, October 17, in the Performing Arts Centre and Residence.

With a theme of human health research, the networking day was designed to connect 秀色短视频 researchers with local companies, community organizations, and government institutions to explore potential research partnerships.

Ready to meet a few new people and play some board games? The Department of Development and Alumni Engagement and Experiential Education would like to invite alumni and students to meet up at Strikers Den, 172 Great George Street in Charlottetown, for a fun and informal evening of board games.

Institute of Island Studies hosts public symposium about homelessness and food insecurity on PEI

Members of the public are invited to attend the 2024 Harry Baglole Memorial Public Symposium in Island Studies, titled 鈥淗omelessness and Food Insecurity on Canada鈥檚 Food Island,鈥� on November 7, 2024, at 6:00 pm, in the Alex H. MacKinnon Auditorium, Don and Marion McDougall Hall, at 秀色短视频.

Pitch Battle Competition Registration Deadline

Get ready to team up with seasoned entrepreneurs to transform your business idea into a compelling pitch over the course of one week! At the start of the event, we will pair you with other students and assign your team a mentor from the entrepreneurial community. Throughout the week, you and your team will collaborate to come up with, refine, and develop a pitch for an idea within the sector of the competition, which is a closely guarded secret that will only be revealed on Wednesday, November 6!
