Strategic Planning Process

Beginning in September 2024, ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ will launch a series of consultations and conversations to inform its next strategic plan.

ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ will engage with members of our university and broader communities to discuss topics such as ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ’s priorities and opportunities, what defines ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ, and how we can develop a framework of action that supports our collective values and vision.

Through these consultations, we will define priorities and actions to move ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ forward over the next five years. Our discussions will also help guide the University in determining how we can best serve our community and achieve our full potential.

Opportunities to participate in development of the 2025–2030 strategic plan will be shared through ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ’s various communication channels.

We value your input!

As ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ plans for the future, we encourage our community members to take a few minutes to share your thoughts on what you feel is important for our students, community, and overall success.
