Performing Arts Centre and Residence (PAC)
ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ's Performing Arts Centre and Residence opened in September 2023, built in cooperation with the 2023 Canada Winter Games. The building features two towers of residence apartments and lounges with classroom space and a 400-seat auditorium on the main floor. The south tower is five stories and the north tower is nine stories, with views to the ocean on all sides.
This building houses primarily second-, third-, and fourth-year undergraduate students, and is available on a first come first served basis.

- Each suite has a private washroom, fridge, stove, cupboards, and counter space for meal preparation.
- Students have access to wireless internet service.
- Students have access to common lounges and laundry facilities.
Did you know?
- Geothermal heating and cooling is provided to each suite and can be controlled by the occupants of the assigned space.
- Residences are locked 24 hours a day (keycard access for residents and staff only), but you can easily make arrangements for your guests to visit.
- The Performing Arts Centre and Residence houses the Residence Life Office on the first floor of North Tower Room 108N. Resident assignments and the Campus Card is also located in this building – South Tower Room 109S.
