Companion Animal Trust Fund
The loss of a companion animal can be a difficult experience for owners. The Companion Animal Trust Fund (CATF) was established to allow pet owners to memorialize their pets, while, at the same time, contributing to a fund which will assist in furthering research to benefit companion animals.
Gifts can be made in the following ways:
- In Appreciation: for high quality veterinary care your pet receives;
- In Memoriam: for a lost pet or in memory of a person who had a love for animals, or;
- In Honour: recognizing a special living pet or person.
The fund contributes to work specifically aimed at improving the health of companion animals. Funds provide a means of conducting research on animal diseases to help find causes and cures to improve the health and wellbeing of pets.
